About the product: Rose-scented geranium (Pelargonium radens) is a perennial plant native to South Africa. Its fresh and aromatic leaves have always been used in cooking to flavor fruit salads, cold drinks, ice cream, and various pastries. At Dobrote Dolenjske, we developed a rose-scented geranium liqueur by soaking the leaves in Kartuzija Pleterje fruit brandy and leaving the mixture in the sun for a few days. After a few days, sugar and water are added to create a drinkable liqueur.
