EXCERPT FROM THE BOOK - THE FEARFUL COWARD:
Fears are strange. They come just when you want to fall asleep. One evening, a fear like that came to Peter's room. It jumped from the bed to the table, from the table to the closet, and from the closet to the bed again.
"What do you want?" Peter Nose asked him.
"Groarrr, I came to scare you, growrrr!" the fear howled.
"No, you can't scare me! I already have my own fears!" Peter Nose told him.
"What?" Fear asked in surprise.
"I have one just like you!" said Peter Nose and pulled him to the mirror. "Come on, look, if you don't believe me!" Fear caught sight of him in the mirror. He was so scared that his teeth almost fell out.
"Ugh, you really have a terrible fear in your room. Sorry, buddy, I'll go and haunt another house right away," he apologized and disappeared. Peter Nos slept terribly well that night and was still laughing in his dreams.
