In times of rapid change, employees represent the main competitive advantage of organizations. Finding an answer to the question of how to increase their contribution to the development and continuous adaptation of organizations to changes in the environment is a constant challenge for both managers and the HR profession. The authors of the book Coaching for Managers are aware of this challenge and in their work present one of the leadership models based on the active participation of employees in the formation and realization of set goals, and also offer some guidance for managers and HR professionals. The book represents a welcome contribution to the development of the HR profession and leadership in Slovenia.
