The author of the book Lakes of Slovenia is Manca Korelc
The book was written by a Slovenian girl who decided to visit all Slovenian lakes by bike. Inspired by hundreds of lakes across the country, she carefully selected 101 lakes that every Slovenian should visit. By the time of writing the book, Manca had already visited more than 1,400 lakes. By the time you reach the end of the book, you will know everything about Slovenian lakes (and Manca) and be motivated to explore them.
About Manca Korelc
An extremely energetic entrepreneur from Kočevje, a passionate explorer of lakes, a passionate lecturer and a keen athlete. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree, and has been pursuing a career in digital marketing since 2008. In October 2017, she became a self-employed entrepreneur, helping companies use LinkedIn for marketing and sales.
Since the spring of 2017, when the My Lakes project was born, her world has revolved around lakes. Cycling and discovering standing waters has become her lifestyle. She truly loves lakes, which is why she has dedicated her life to them.
