It is an exceptionally early hand harvest of olives from the best locations. The oil boasts the vitality of young fruits and contained more than 1000 mg/kg of polyphenols at the time of bottling, which is significantly more than in other extra virgin olive oils.
Polyphenols have been proven to help prevent inflammatory processes in the body and assist in maintaining your health and vitality. Grand Selection Platinum is also the only oil that is protected by a DNA profile.
The DNK profile ensures purity, traceability, and integrity. The liquid "gold" is available to you only in a limited series of 600 half-liter bottles.
