About the author:
Primož Zupančič (Ljubljana, 1954) is a university graduate in law. He is pursuing his postgraduate studies in biology in Ljubljana. The focus of his scientific research is freshwater ichthyology. Since 1978, he has been studying the Dinaric Karst, more specifically the freshwater fish found in its rivers, lakes and groundwater. He has so far co-authored four scientific works on fish, in which four new species of fish are described in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
