Brandy - plum "I don't remember"

Rakija Pigmalion “Ne sečam se” is made from carefully selected plums of the best Serbian varieties: Čačanska lepotica, Čačanska rodna, and Požegača. Their distillates mature separately in oak barrels for 3 to 7 years, with the Požegača distillate boasting an impressive 17 years of aging. After carefully blending all components, the rakija further matures for 6 months in old oak barrels, which rounds off its unique character and depth of flavor.
