When I met myself, I realized that it's not necessary to become something, but just BE who I am.I have discovered something that is natural in everyone. It is so simple that most of us overlook it. So simple that it is boring to the mind. But there is nothing more alive. Nothing more precious. When you find it, you are happy again and forever, fulfilled, free. It is time to forget or decide to let go of what we have been taught or have learned so far. To let go of the beliefs that give us false feelings of self. We realize that we have nothing to fear, so we begin to naturally exist and BE. BEING what I am is the simplest thing, because it is my natural state.
The events I wrote down in my diary became a book, a kind of travelogue of searching and finding myself.I started with how my return home happened. How I made sure that this home received my presence and never left it again. How I chased only myself so that I would not get lost again. How I learned to deal with suffering and discovered a way to no longer suffer. How I managed to make the mind obey me.
I let go of my beliefs, entered the emptiness of my being, and there I found everything I needed to live. That is what I now live and cherish. I want this book to remind you that it is possible to be and live who I am, who you are, who we are. I want you to discover and live that within yourself, because that is everything we have ever sought.
"The book Being What I Am will gently and sincerely, but effectively lift the curtain from the window through which you observe the game called Life. I believe that you have often asked yourself why you are here, that is, what is the meaning of your existence on this beautiful planet. Perhaps, in search of an answer, you have read kilograms of books, attended many workshops for mental and spiritual development, meditated, consulted with wise people, and thus gradually approached the meaning. But what if this dear life is full of riddles, twists and turns, and trials that sometimes make you want to give up and give in to apathy, right?
Aleksandra is certainly one of those souls who persevered and, with the help of an inner compass, navigated the countless hills and valleys of the path that led her to the answer she so desperately wanted. For a long time, she felt like a person searching, but when she sat on the top of the highest mountain and was illuminated by the light of eternity, she was convincingly embraced by the awareness that she was no longer searching, because she had (finally) been found. The author has put many key pieces of the puzzle into words through her shining heart for all of you who are just starting to delve deeper into your own soul, as well as for those of us who have been doing it for a long time and still sometimes slip up on some detail. As you read, you will feel her strong connection to her own being, because without this she would not have been able to articulate her insights and experiences in such a simple and understandable way. "Between and behind the words, empowerment, love and awareness are clearly felt, as well as extraordinary compassion and grace that will embrace and encourage you when you need it most." - Mea Valens, M.A.
