Olive leaf tea
Olive leaf tea has an exceptionally gentle and pleasant taste, rich in antioxidants and with numerous beneficial effects. The olive leaves come from abandoned olive groves where the plants are not sprayed or fertilized. They grow completely wild.
In 1 dl of water heated to approximately 90°C, add 1 olive leaf, cover the container, and wait for 15 to 20 minutes. So in 1 l of water, add 10 olive leaves in the same way. The tea can also be consumed cold. The tea will still be good the next day. You can add honey and lemon juice to the tea if desired.

Olive leaves, the herbs used for this tea, come from abandoned olive groves, where the plants grow completely wild, without spraying or fertilization. This natural growth allows the tea to maintain its original quality.
Preparing the tea is easy. Add 1 olive leaf to 1 dl of water, heated to approximately 90°C, cover the container and wait between 15 and 20 minutes. To prepare a larger quantity, for example in 1 liter of water, repeat the same process with the addition of 10 olive leaves. Olive leaf tea can also be enjoyed cold, as it retains its refreshing taste even the next day. If desired, you can add honey and lemon juice to further enhance the delicious experience.
