The stories in this book were created spontaneously. They were not intended for an outside observer. They emerged out of a kind of necessity, because they had to express themselves, to talk about themselves. They describe experiencing and confronting a serious physical illness. They brought me joy and relief, and with their help I healed myself, which is why I call them healing. This was my way of expressing myself.
Later, I used stories to raise awareness of important relationships with my parents and my family. I purified my feelings and body with awareness. I am a psychiatrist and this approach is close to me. Parents and ancestors are planted in us as unconscious patterns of behavior and feelings that we repeat. They are encoded in us. I found it most difficult to change these patterns. This requires awareness, a higher level of energy and expansion of consciousness. Meditation helps me the most with this.
