To achieve a variety of flavors, they use fifteen types of malt and five different yeasts, including their own house yeast for English styles. The hops come from both America and New Zealand, as well as from the Bosnar farm in the Savinja Valley. The water they use is from the Ljubljana water supply, pre-treated for optimal quality.
