Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Žametna Črnina, Pinela

An extremely dry sparkling wine made from a blend of Pinela, Žametna Črnina and Pinot Noir grapes from all three Slovenian wine regions. It has a medium-deep orange colour. The bubbles are medium-sized, frequent, and the effervescence is pleasant to look at. The bouquet is expressive, mature, yet still reveals an abundance of fruity notes, especially very ripe berries, with pleasant yeasty notes and dried fruit notes, particularly pears and apples, in the background. On the palate, it is very dry, with pleasant effervescence, dominated by notes of dried pears and dried apples, and high acidity. The wine is rich, full-bodied, with well-expressed yeasty notes on the palate. The sparkling wine contains no added sulphites.
