This perfectly dry sparkling wine made from Žametna črnina, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay grapes is a delicate golden yellow colour, with fine, relatively numerous bubbles. The bouquet is fine, clear, and mature, with hints of bread, yeast, and apples. It is very dry in the mouth, with a medium body and high acidity, and a long, clear finish. The wine is undisgorged.
