This very dry sparkling wine made from Silvaner grapes is a delicate golden-yellow colour with lively, fine bubbles. The aroma is reminiscent of white flowers and honey with a yeasty note. On the palate, it is very dry, with more pronounced but beautifully ripe acidity.
