A completely dry sparkling wine made from the Žametna črnina grape variety, which underwent a short maceration. It has a delicate pink colour that is very pleasant to the eye. The bouquet is subtle, refined, with good definition. Slight yeasty notes almost intertwine with aromas of bread crust, apples, and raspberries. Completely dry on the palate, medium-bodied with high acidity. A clearly sparkling wine with very lively bubbles on the palate. The wine is undisgorged.
