The reformers in the comic are the answer to how we can change the world, how we can create important milestones for everyone's lives - and how great people are actually quite similar to us. Even if they lived hundreds of years before us. At the same time, this comic is also a report on the puberty of the Slovenian literary language. About the time when the Slovenian literary language was already born, but not yet fully grown. Namely, it was brought into adulthood by the very books whose creation the comic focuses on: the Bible of Jurij Dalmatin and the grammar of Adam Bohorič. If the translation of the entire Bible into the Slovenian literary language was a high school diploma, then Adam Bohorič's grammar was a high school diploma.

The present comic strip story could have gone in many directions. But when Jaka drew the first chapter, the playful lightness of the drawing, which nevertheless remained faithful to the Reformation period throughout, inspired me to take a humorous and parodic approach that nevertheless respects the original material. I hope that it has briefly presented to you the path that led to the Slovene language as we know it today.
