BioSing products are unique, boutique cured meat products, intended for those who appreciate authentic and rich flavors. The products cannot be found in regular stores. They are free from additives and have an international BIO certification. They are made from carefully selected meat of the indigenous Krškopolje pig, which is processed according to the right lunar phases. The meat and bacon are cut into cubes, not minced, and are aged in a clay aging cellar underground, where natural ventilation and temperature regulation take place. BioSing is thus synonymous with quality and authenticity.
