Ranko Rajović, a specialist in internal medicine, a master's degree in neurophysiology, and a member of the committee for gifted children at the international organization Mensa since 2003, is the author of the NTC program, a learning system that introduces the findings of neurophysiology into pedagogy and is implemented in sixteen European countries.
The NTC program is implemented in Slovenia at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ljubljana, and also participates as a guest lecturer at the University of Primorska.
