Broken Bones London Dry Gin 100/23

Broken Bones London Dry Gin is a fresh and aromatic juniper gin, made based on a blend of traditional recipes and characteristics of the Slovenian countryside. The recipe includes selected juniper and rosehip berries from the Karst, linden flowers, and other traditional herbs.   

"Our specialty is gin with the addition of rose hips and linden, which we measure and add before distillation; the entire process shapes the gin's herbal, slightly citrus character. In the Karst region, where we gather juniper berries, the combination of juniper and rose hip bushes thrives excellently. The combination of their fruits also performs equally well in the preparation of our gin. The addition of rose hips contributes to its more pronounced flavor when mixed with tonic."

"We firmly believe in natural processes and want to preserve the full flavor of the ingredients used; our gin is not cold-filtered and contains no added sugars. All our gins are made in small batches, with attention to every detail."
