Broken Bones Sloe Gin

"We use the recipe of our London Dry Gin as a base, which includes selected juniper and rosehip berries from the Karst combined with coriander, lemon peel, cardamom, sweet root, linden flowers, and other traditional herbs."

"After distillation, we soak the sloe berries in gin for several months and lightly sweeten it, which shapes the fruitiness and aromatic sweetness of Broken Bones Sloe Gin."

Tasting notes: In the aroma, marzipan combined with the scent of ripe plums and rose hips, followed by a rich taste of thorns with only minimal added sugar to balance the flavor. The taste lingers for a very long time.

"We recommend drinking gin on its own, chilled with ice cubes."
