The name BioSing comes from the concept of BIO SALAMI ENGINEERING, which includes careful selection of raw materials, proprietary preparation methods, presentation, and tasting.
The products of BioSing are boutique cured meat products aimed at gourmets who appreciate top-notch flavor. The products are not available in regular stores and are intended for tasting and pairing with fine wines. BioSing focuses on preparation based on artisanal craftsmanship, without preservatives, additives, and industrial shortcuts. They use natural smoking with selected beech wood smoke, which gives the products a refined aroma.
BioSing products are natural and free from additives, and due to natural fermentation with indigenous microorganisms, they contain a lot of probiotics. The meat and bacon are cut into cubes, ensuring top quality. The products are certified as BIO and are based on the meat of the indigenous Krškopolje pig, which contains a lot of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids and has less cholesterol than farmed pig meat.
For optimal tasting, BioSing offers a patented tasting plate, the serving set SERVIR BioSing, and a special wooden cutter. The products mature in a clay aging cellar underground with natural ventilation and temperature control, allowing the hifas (noble mold) to influence the aging and giving the products a characteristic smoothness and velvety taste.
